Remember, each BEST reconciliation transaction is documented online in SAP so, as a SAP user, you’ll have immediate access to it.
We also conduct regular Health Checks to ensure that you are using the full BEST functionality. Health Checks provide you with statistics about your business process, alert you to statement matching transactions or reconciliation reports you are not using regularly, and to any new functionality or BEST upgrades available. You can also log queries or new functionality requests during the Health Checks. Please contact your manager if you would like to participate in the next Health Check for your site.
